99% of the time, our shipping is free of taxes, fees, and duties. However, customers are responsible for any import duties, fees, or taxes. While this happens only on rare occasions, we have no control over it and cannot estimate any additional fees. These charges are determined by your local customs, and we have no control over them.

Track&Trace

Where can l find my tracking code?

All orders come with a Track & Trace code. After confirming your order, we will automatically send you a code provided by our supplier. This usually takes around 2 to 4 days.

Where do l find my Track&Trace code?

We will send you a tracking email once your item(s) have been shipped. This email will include a link with information about your package. Occasionally, this email may end up in your spam folder, so please check there if you don’t see it in your inbox.

My Track&Trace code isn't working, what now?

It takes around 2 to 4 business days for any information to become available when checking your Track & Trace code. This is why an error may appear. Please don’t worry and try checking again later.

Tracking code says it has been delivered, but l didn't receive anything, What can l do?

On some occasions, packages are delivered to local post offices. This is beyond our control, and we cannot prevent this from happening. The solution is simple: contact the shipping company via phone, email, or Facebook chat to find out where your package has been delivered. The chains are not adjustable. Please refer to the product detail page for information on length and weight. Consider the style and how you plan to wear it when selecting the right size for you.

Are there any imperfections or wear on the products?

Since our products are handmade and feature natural materials such as stones, slight imperfections or wear can occur. These minor marks are part of the character of the product and do not affect its quality. Each stone is unique, which adds to the individuality of the item.
